TYPES OF ASSESSMENTS
The cost of the psychological assessment varies depending on the type of assessment conducted and the complexity of the case. The following prices can be used as a guide. Please send us an enquiry, to receive a formal quote.

Fee is inclusive of professional service of 14 hours ($222.99 per hour) plus testing materials ($111.50).
*$222.99 per additional hour, as set by the NDIS Pricing Arrangement and Price Limits 2024-25.

PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENT EVALUATIONS

NDIS Access reports for previously diagnosed and verified conditions – verification documentation must be provided.
Standard Evaluation

Suitable for:

A single clinical issue or diagnostic assessment – such as related to one of the following ASD, ADHD, IDD and/or learning challenges.​​

Diagnostic assessments for NDIS access purposes for a single clinical concern/diagnosis.
Comprehensive Evaluation
$3400 (+GST)
Suitable for:

Complex cases and psychiatric presentations. ​

Neuropsychological assessments.​

All queries related to neurocognitive concerns. ​

Diagnostic clarity related to a Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) or multiple conditions/clinical concerns (i.e., comorbid concerns such as IDD x ASD; ADHD x ASD; ADHD with learning challenges; trauma x developmental concerns etc).​

NDIS access reports for several clinical concerns.

To improve access to mental health care, fees are set substantially lower than industry recommendations (The Australian Psychological Society and Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. both recommend AU$311 per hour).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within two business days (48 hours) of the scheduled appointment, including no-shows on the day of the appointment, will incur a 50% cancellation fee (+ GST if relevant). Travel-related costs (if quoted) will also be incurred for cancellation on the day of the evaluation.
